 This works for all credit cards listed above, regardless of location.  No credit card fees.  You'll be charged the Australian dollar equivalent of the amount due (via My Computer Company of Erskineville, Australia).  
Your credit card details are sent direct to the Advertising Manager who processes the transaction manually in accordance with your instructions.
