Publisher 2007 with SP1 or SP2 - update
Publisher 2003 with SP2 - update
Publisher 2002 (XP) with SP3 - update
If you dig deep enough into the Microsoft Support site you’ll find an admission that Windows Update may offer you the wrong patches for these problems.
Visio

Visio 2007 with SP1 or SP2 - update
Visio 2003 SP3 – update
Visio 2002 (XP) with SP2 - update
These patches will be deployed via Windows/Microsoft Update or you can use the links above.
