Google Workspace Individual plan is finally getting more cloud storage than the measly allowance available so far. Up to 1TB of Google One online.
Currently, the Workspace Individual plan has only 15GB of Google One cloud storage which is pitifully little. It’s actually no more than the free cloud storage for anyone with a Google account.
Soon Google Workspace Individual users will get their Google One quota boosted to 1TB … the same as Microsoft 365 customers get on OneDrive.
Google Workspace Individual costs US$9.99 a month or $100 a year, plus tax. It’s intended to allow one-person businesses access to the paid features in the group Google Workspace plans. Hard to believe that price didn’t already include more cloud storage.
Long-time Microsoft 365 customers might well look with bemusement at Google’s Individual plan which is roughly the same price as Microsoft 365 Family plan. But the Microsoft offering has a lot more to offer besides from 1TB of cloud storage.
Will Office 365 still work with OneDrive on Windows 8.1?
Office 365 users can get more than 1TB OneDrive for a price
