Helen Feddema of Access Watch fame has released a new version of her famous Time & Expense Billing Application for Office.
The Time & Expense Billing application consists of an Outlook custom Journal form and five sets of Office version-specific documents; each set includes a Word setup document, two Word invoice templates, an Excel worksheet and (for Office 2003 and up), two Word statements. The application works with Office 97 (with Outlook 98), Office 2000, Office XP, Office 2003 and Office 2007. A time slip is shown below:
All versions let you create time or expense slips and invoices; the (new to V. 3) 2003 and 2007 versions add new features to invoices (rounding time to the nearest 1/10 or 1/4 hour), and add statements.
