If your Outlook roaming signatures have disappeared, there’s a few things to check first then recover them.

- Does the Outlook software support roaming signatures? Remember that despite Microsoft hype, roaming is only available in modern Outlook for Windows.\
- Are you looking in the correct mailbox? In a few cases, there’s been confusion about which mailbox has the signature.
Failing that, all you can do is remake the signatures. Hopefully a recently send email will have the signature, copy and paste from that into a new signature block.
Tip: during out testing, we added the source computer to each signature label. E.g. Personal (laptop), Personal (desktop) etc. That might help figure out what signature is roaming, or not.
