Businesses can try Microsoft Customer Relationship Manager software free for 3 months.
Microsoft CRM 3.0 is their back office Customer Relationship Management software. Previous releases were uninspiring but v3.0 is much better. It has a mostly web based interface but links with Outlook and other Office apps nicely.
There is a Small Business version that can work with Microsoft Small Business Server plus a Professional edition.
Now there are downloadable demo versions of both editions so if you’d been thinking of giving it a try – now is a good chance.
