As we suspected, the slow feed of information on the Office 2010 Technology Guarantee continues today with some more official information including the effective dates.
If you buy Office 2007 on or after 5 March 2010 you’ll be able to get a free copy of Office 2010 later.
The will apply to Office 2007 sales until 30 September 2010.
Once Office 2010 is publicly released you’ll be able to download a copy of Office 2010 and the all important Product Key from Microsoft for no extra charge.
But you’ll have to complete the formalities and download before 31 October 2010 and you’ll need a free Windows Live ID.
