Unhappy G Suite customers can save 60% on Microsoft 365

Sensing a big opportunity to poach Google customers, Microsoft is offering a 60% discount starting deal to unhappy G Suite customers. Here’s the details and inevitable conditions.

Google has angered many G Suite customers with their plan to ‘upgrade’ free plan customers to a paid account. Microsoft has moved quickly (by Redmond standards) to take advantage and offer both a discount and extra migration help.

Who qualifies?

Only current G Suite legacy free edition customers. US only.

Offer expires 2 August 2022

What do they get?

60% off a 12-month Microsoft 365 Business plan.

That’s at least Microsoft 365 Business Basic or Business Premium (which have email hosting) or Microsoft 365 Apps for Business (no email).

Plus a year of the  Business Assist for Microsoft 365, a support service for new Microsoft 365 customers to help with migration
