The flaw is only in the Unix operating system version of the reader. Windows and Mac users are not affected.

Since we’re talking about Acrobat Reader, we’re quite happy with the v7 free reader. It loads faster than previous versions. If you’ve been waiting then you might want to download the free update. There is no need to get the Yahoo toolbar or Photoshop Album downloads – just uncheck those boxes before continuing.

The current Windows version of Acrobat Reader is 7.0.2 and you may have already been prompted to download the updates. If you already have Reader v7, then just choose Help | Check for updates now to see if there’s anything to download.
