Using your mouse as a volume control

Here’s a cute utility to turn your mouse into a volume control

Those clever people at Nirsoft have a nice utility to use your mouse as a volume control for your computer.

Volumouse  is a free utility with good configuration options.

The mouse wheel becomes a volume control when you press the Alt key, when the left mouse button is held down or the mouse pointer is hovering over the taskbar — you get to choose.

All you need is a wheel mouse and Windows 98 or above.  There are multiple language files available for global support.

Give it a try …  its easier and faster than clicking on the volume controls in Windows.
