Here’s where to locate the Access 2007 equivalent of the View Form Header/Footer command.
For a while, I couldn’t locate the Access 2007 equivalent of the old View Form Header/Footer command, and finally found it, as a tiny button on the far right of the Show/Hide group on the Layout tab of the Form Tools ribbon.
