How to print reports from a printer that’s not the default.
Q:Bronwyn Pugh wrote to ask how to print certain reports to a color laser printer, when the default printer is (and should be) another printer.
A: I have two laser printers (color and b&w), so I have the same situation. You can select the color laser printer as the printer for a report, by opening the Page Setup dialog and selecting the Use Specific Printer option, then selecting the color laser printer. This will only affect this report, so you need to repeat it for each report you want to print to the color printer. The default setting for Access reports is to use the default printer, which would be the b&w printer, so any other reports would use that printer.
