OpenPGP option for Outlook 64-bit

Last week we noted that Facebook has joined Google and Yahoo with support for the OpenPGP encrypted email standard.

Microsoft in Windows or Outlook doesn’t support this standard. Gpg4Win adds OpenPGP for Windows.  It also has GpgOL, an Outlook plug-in but only for 32-bit Outlook.

If you have 64-bit Office / Outlook an alternative is gpg4o a German made OpenPGP extension for Outlook 2013/2010 both 32 and 64 bit.  It supports OpenPGP and variants like Symantec Encryption and GPGMail etc.

There’s a 45 day free trial version then Euro 93.99 for a licence.
