It applies to users of Publisher only – the 2000, 2002 (XP) and 2003 versions.

WORD 2000 STILL UNPATCHED
The noticeable omission from the September updates is a fix for the most recently revealed security breach in Word 2000.
As we mentioned in the last issue, there’s nothing new in this vulnerability from an Office users perspective – always be cautious about incoming documents, regardless of their source and have up-to-date anti-virus software.
