Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 have patches to update their spam detection systems.
Microsoft has also released spam filter updates for both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. These should improve Outlook’s ability to recognize spam messages, in particular the newer variations.

It’s hard to tell which version of the junk email filter you have installed – Microsoft doesn’t make it easy and, not for the first time, we have to wonder why.
However the latest update always replaces all previous updates so all you have to do is download one applicable patch and install to be current.
