Barry is right, the Outlook 2010 link to ‘View social network providers available online’ does no such thing.
The link currently goes to this page which is an “Introduction to the Outlook Social Connector” but has no links to download any actual connectors.
The help page linked from there further misleads customers; the help provided is wrong and the link to the ‘Outlook Social Connector provider list’ takes you back to the ‘Introduction’ mentioned above.
Since Microsoft doesn’t seem bothered, here’s the link to the only social connector available for Facebook. It works with Outlook 2010, 2007 and 2003. Outlook 2013 users have the Facebook Feeds connector supplied with Outlook.
