Add the Year of the Tiger into Word, PowerPoint and Office

2022 is the Chinese year of the Tiger. Here are some tiger images, emoji and graphics in Word, PowerPoint and Office apps.

Microsoft 365 icons Insert | Icons have two relevant ‘tiger’ graphics – white or outline and black.

The golf bags appear because there’s “Tiger Woods” keyword.

There’s a lot you can do with this boring and harmless pair of tigers.

Tiger and Tiger Face emoji

There are two Tiger emoji, though neither look very fearsome!  Here’s how they look in Word 365 for Windows with the default Segoe UI Emoji font then Segoe UI Symbol.

The Unicode values are Tiger Face: 1F42F or Tiger:1F405

Use them with Alt + X in Word or to quick find in Insert Symbol.

Tiger Chinese character

Wikipedia has an SVG graphic of the Chinese character for Tiger with PNG versions for older Office software.

Search for ‘Tiger’ at Insert | Pictures | Stock Images to see some real tigers.
