Outlook provides you with many printing options to put your calendar onto real, physical paper or save to PDF. Print and customize your calendar information, be it your daily schedules, weekly schedules or monthly plans. It also allows you to print specific dates you want to.
It might seem ‘old fashioned’ but, printed calendars have an advantage over the digital ones. Plan your work and then work your plan by carving out the time to brainstorm and put together a calendar to follow. When you visualise your tasks, it establishes them more firmly in your head and increases the likelihood of them being completed. A specialised calendar can be posted to a noticeboard. Or a blank calendar view to write on.
Some of the things you can do using the Outlook Print Calendar Options are:
- Print calendar views
- Customize and personalize your calendars
- Adjust information to changing views
Printing customized Outlook calendars

- Navigate to the File

Then you’ll see a list of calendar options from a Daily, two Weekly, a Monthly option plus a tri-fold planner and a list of appointments.
Below there’s a large example of each option, in its default setting.
The important thing to remember is that each calendar can be tweaked to some extent. For example, the default Daily calendar includes your To Do list, which you might not want.
